Source and methodology

How pressure washing is priced in Australia

Pressure washing covers driveways, paths, walls, decks, pool surrounds and roofs, and the right method differs for each. Ground-level concrete and pavers take high pressure; render, timber, roofs and painted surfaces need low-pressure soft washing with a cleaning solution. Prices are by area, with roofs and heights priced separately.

Coastal and subtropical cities need washing more often because of mould, algae and salt. Runoff into stormwater, pools and waterways is regulated, and water restrictions can limit pressure washing in some cities.

Estimate or verified?

Here pressure washing prices on this page are modelled estimates using existing guide assumptions, without a reconciled source dataset. An observed range is published only when its numbers are computed from at least 10 eligible submissions with matching scope, tax and materials treatment. Quotes and paid invoices are kept separate.
