Compare like-for-like bedroom cohorts

Each chart holds the operator, clean type, frequency, observation window, currency and GST basis constant. Bedroom groups remain separate. The all-frequency view describes a mix of booking frequencies and cannot establish the effect of a frequency discount.

No chart is published yet. Reconciled, comparable booking cohorts with a known GST basis are required; an empty chart is not evidence of zero prices or zero bookings.

Sydney regular cleaning: operator evidence

Operator cohort figures are awaiting reconciliation against the original booking export. No pooled range or unverified booking counts are published. The calculator and other price tables are separate modelled estimates.

How sources and booking cohorts are checked

Limitations

  • One founder-owned operator is not a representative sample of Sydney cleaners.
  • Repeated visits count as bookings; they are not independent households.
  • These cohorts cover regular completed cleaning only. Deep and end-of-lease jobs need different evidence.
  • Bedroom count does not control bathrooms, property condition, time allowance or every inclusion.
  • The published window and frequency mix can affect comparisons. No inflation trend or causal discount effect is inferred from these charts.
  • No pooled median or IQR is reconstructed from the bedroom summaries.

Contribute one real, evidence-backed booking through the existing submission form. For a larger export, contact FairCost to arrange a secure exchange; do not put customer details in a public message. Submissions are reviewed and are not automatically added to this Index.

Reproduce the chart and check release status

Download the aggregate CSV. Within one frequency, date window and GST basis, plot p25 to p75 for each bedroom group and mark median. No raw booking amounts or private evidence files are exposed.

How to cite FairCost

Cite the dataset title, FairCost, the disclosed operator, the exact cohort and observation window, the download URL and your access date. Do not describe one operator as the Sydney market.

The CSV endpoint contains no unverified observations. Any released aggregate dataset is offered under CC BY 4.0.
